What this site collects
Daily News Opinion does not require user accounts and does not intentionally collect personal information from visitors. You can read every article, browse every category, and use the RSS feeds without signing in or providing any identifying details.
Contact form
The only optional data collection is the contact form on the Contact page. If you choose to submit a message, we receive the name, email address, and message content you provide. We use that information only to respond to your note and do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date/time of the request. These logs are used only for operational troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic analysis, and are retained for a limited time.
Cookies and tracking
